ADR Legal Services, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is a registered and bonded California Legal Document Assistant. We respect your privacy and are committed to handling your personal information with care. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we use it.

We collect only what we need to prepare your court documents and process your payment, including:

• Name, email address, mailing address, and phone number.
• Payment information, processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
• Case-related information you provide through our intake questionnaire (parties, dates, facts you instruct us to use).
• Basic usage data when you visit this website (IP address, browser, pages viewed) for security and analytics.

How We Use Your Information

• To prepare the self-help documents you have purchased.
• To deliver completed packets and communicate about your matter.
• To process payment and issue receipts.
• To comply with California LDA recordkeeping requirements (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §§ 6400–6415).

Third Parties

We share information only with service providers that help us run the practice, including:

• Stripe — payment processing. See stripe.com/privacy.
• Google — our intake questionnaire is hosted on Google Forms.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.

Retention

California LDAs are required to retain client records for at least three years. We may keep records longer if needed for legal or accounting purposes. After retention requirements expire, we securely destroy paper and digital records.

Your Rights (California Residents)

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, or request deletion subject to our recordkeeping obligations. Contact us at the email below.

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. You share information with us at your own risk.

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
